As a full-time Real Estate Broker, I started this profession with One Percent Realty in late 2014 after I left RBC from an Account Manager role, I never looked back.

I select to work with One Percent Realty because I believe in it's business model. Charging less commission will make the real estate market healthier.

Through the years, I've helped hundreds of clients all over GTA sell, buy and lease both residential and commercial properties.

I prefer to work in a transparent and honest way. The only thing I care is if the clients' interests is secured. I endeavor to keep my clients well informed to make decision at their own pace.

Before signing any listing agreement, I always make it clear to my clients that they can cancel the listing agreement with me any time without any consequence, a seller's right which is not expressed very often.
