Our commission structure is in 3 tiers. The more valuable your property is, the more you will save on commission.

For property over $900,000, the total commission is 1% + $950, which includes the buyer agent commission.

For property between $900,000 to $400,000, the total commission is $9,950, which includes the buyer agent commission.

For property under $400,000, the total commission is $7,950, which includes the buyer agent commission.
